Response to an Occupy Sympathizer – PART THREE

[UPDATE 11/20/2011] New arrivals – please visit this story!  it details the incidents of occupy so far that I will put up in my next post that is CURRENTLY in progress! Thanks!

My initial impression of occupy. Please read!

Sneak peek of the photos I will use next post – occupy San Diego’s current presence. Quite small.

Part 1

Part 2

What’s this? A twist?

“More bias. Blocked. I’ll be in @ 7pm on Monday. Lets see how many people you can get to meet there.”

No, drysift, I’m not going to roll unless enough of my audience wants me to. I’ve brought up my concerns, fleshed them out in agonizing detail, and you’re leaving it all hanging unchallenged. Not only that – but you name a time and place – without even checking to see if I am able to go! Are you maximizing my chance of not being able to show, drysift, so that you can claim an empty victory?

My audience are free to go. I won’t encourage them to because I am willing to bet good money that it will just descend into a flame war – know this ahead of time folks. It’s your choice and yours alone.

So, audience – what do you think? I think it’s time for some direct democracy!

[UPDATE] This is what democracy looks like! The majority, 4 voters, felt drysift needs to respond to my rebuttals like any serious debater would. Thanks folks for putting up with this exercise in Drama. I promise we’ll be moving on shortly.

  1. I posted before, but it seems to not have worked. Oh well. I think you should go to the debate. You have said before that you want to use this as an example, so you might as well go all the way. It’s unfortunate, but it’s the only way you may ever actually prove anything. If it desovles into a flame war, you can just say you tried, and this is what came of it.

    • I didn’t see your earlier comment – if you’re referring to the one you made on the 17th, that’s on another posting. Yeah – Unfortunately I can’t make it due to other commitments. Tonight I’m going to make an open call on my youtube channel for someone to stand in for me and deliver a message based on what the poll results are tomorrow morning. And if that wonderful person could take video/capture somehow what happens tomorrow night, that would be awesome 😀 Because I -do- want to share whatever takes place!

      • I -might-, however I don’t have any recording software and it is late for me. I can’t promise to be all that great a debater, becase I think I have drysifts problem of not searching for links. I think drysift won`t let you have another go. You were lucky to get this one, and she will probably think you are a coward after you didn`t come. I hope enough people come, cause she probably isn`t alone.

      • Nah, don’t worry all that much about debating. drysift quite simply has not earned a debate, and those voting on the poll (thankyou so much!) agree with me for the most part.

I’ve encouraged a few folks to go. And really, the biggest thing I want imparted is this:

drysift, we disagree with you like hell, we think you’re immature, and you’ve given us nothing but more reasons to think you just want HRNG DRAMA CONTROVERSY OH MY!

Cite at least three specific things you don’t like in my dissections, and specifically respond to my question about your seeming endorsement of violence – until then, -you- have a nice life! Meanwhile I, my audience, and my tea party chapter will move on and continue to search for real things to do instead of arm flailing over semantics.

If you really want to goad them show them the pictures of the utterly pathetic Occupy SD presence that I took yesterday. Have fun 😀
